Adult Education Programs Available

Adult Education Program
Provides daytime and evening classes for adults who have not experienced success in a traditional high school setting. We offer smaller classes, more individualized attention from staff, and computer-based instruction. Classroom instruction is based on the Michigan Merit Curriculum and leads to a high school diploma.

Adult Education / High School Completion (H.S.C.)
Provides classes for adults, ages 20 years and older, in English, mathematics, science, social studies and various elective subjects leading to a high school diploma or GED Diploma.

General Education Development (GED)
Prepares eligible students to take the “General Education Development” tests leading to a GED Diploma.

Adult Basic Education (ABE)
Is designed for adults whose math and reading skills are below the ninth grade level. Instruction focuses on the development of basic skills in core subject areas.
